bubble
tea cat.

undocumented but living stories striving to be heard. bubble tea cat is based on one girl’s vision in 2015 to help her cat reach “grumpy cat” status and cement the cat’s legacy. the cat’s reach never made it that far, but the girl took on the cat’s nickname — hoppy cat, aka tanner.

tanner’s meraki is all over this project. tanner is still alive. and we’re still in love with undiscovered signals that deserve to be heard. this is the story of the bubble tea cat and her friends.

meraki on the walls

yes, bubble tea cat is small.

very small, by crypto standards.

that’s not hidden here. it’s part of the story.

because market size can measure attention, momentum, speculation, and consensus — but it cannot fully measure meaning while something is still unfinished.

some things begin loudly. others begin quietly, awkwardly, and half-understood.

the most fragile phase of any meaningful thing is often the period before enough people can see what it actually is.

meme: a woman compliments a website but asks if the maker noticed they're only at 7k market cap; the maker looks unimpressed in the second panel
// in the wild the most common question we get
  • before carrie became carrie, parts of it sat in a garbage can.
  • before cathedrals became landmarks, they were scaffolding and dust.
  • before strange little worlds become movements, they often look improbable, awkward, underfunded, and easy to dismiss.

we are not pretending certainty exists here.

no rescue boat is coming to magically validate this project for you. no institutional stamp suddenly transforms something into meaning overnight.

the only real question is whether there is enough genuine signal here for thoughtful people to keep building, documenting, experimenting, and returning long enough to discover what this actually becomes.

maybe the answer is no.

but if every unfinished thing is discarded purely because it is still early, fragile, or socially unresolved, then many of the most meaningful things humans have ever created would never survive long enough to be recognized at all.

that’s the territory we’re exploring.

not guaranteed success. just the fragile space before consensus.

we’re not asking for blind belief.

and honestly, we’re not even asking everyone to fully understand what this place is yet. most of us are still figuring that out together.

but if something here resonates with you — an idea, a sentence, a strange little experiment, a piece of art, a thoughtful observation, a signal you think deserves to survive a little longer — then maybe leave a little of your meraki on the walls.

that’s how cathedrals are built.

not all at once. not by one person. but slowly, through accumulated care, curiosity, continuity, and human touch.

2025-2026 [the year of two oceans]

cancer took hoppy’s sister and mom in the same summer. hoppy flew to spain around christmas, and a few days after she arrived, her father — a healthy and beloved retired state of michigan employee — died unexpectedly.

2026 — winter into spring [tiny miracle]

a tiny miracle happened while hoppy was in spain. she started meeting new friends and family over time while grieving the loss of her loved ones.

she stayed until the very last minute she was allowed to, but then she realized she didn’t have enough funds to return to america.

hoppy took every step she was supposed to on this side — filling out forms, making appointments, paying fees, increasing travel insurance — to better her chances of either leniency or a regularization opportunity.

2026 — recent [outreach phase]

hoppy collected what little courage she had and began calling the american embassy to see if she could arrange a flight loan to return home. no answer. she called the michigan governor’s office for help. no answer.

sometimes when people are in impossible situations, they either disappear into irrelevance or something beautiful happens and the story changes for the better.

2026 — recent [applications]

proceso de regularización extraordinaria.

being eligible for the extraordinary regularization process enacted via royal decree 316/2026, hoppy’s next steps are to try to find a way to get the last pieces of information she needs to qualify to work in spain as an american citizen abroad.

today [the living room floor]

in the early 1990s, kris and bruce jenner sat on their living room floor with $200 left to their names and mailed 7,000 press kits to every speakers bureau in america.

hoppy is doing the 2026 version — except her press kits are ai coding agents, a context garden, and the beautiful resulting meraki when you combine the two together.

hoppy is sitting on the living room floor again — using the best asset she has: written stories, a character design system, the soulmode-agent setup, and a blueprint for quality signal amplification and adoption. all we need now is the spark in the abyss.

your project / idea

i’m a heavy telegram and x power user who also cares deeply about agent alignment and advanced memory routing. that combination — living inside real chats every day and thinking hard about long-term memory and context — puts me in a good position to build one of the most user-friendly ai agents with a very low learning curve.

milestones

M1continuity + outreachunlock $1,000
  • keep our flagship agent (“galaxie”) continuously powered and online while we seek longer-term funding.
  • publish outreach communications and technical overviews to grants, vcs, and llm companies that explain the soul-stack architecture and how it can be used as a public-good identity/memory substrate for agents on solana.
  • deliverable: agent remains live and reachable; at least 3–5 concrete outreach artifacts (posts, threads, docs) published and linked.
M2user growth + research outputsunlock $1,500
  • ~$750 for targeted ads and community campaigns to attract openclaw and other agent-framework users to our open-source repo (soul templates, HEURISTICS/INDEX patterns, docs).
  • ~$750 to cover llm and infra costs for two active research tracks:
    • prism research — iterating & testing shared “starting character” prisms more naturally aligned with llm behavior; documenting which stay stable, which drift, and why.
    • red thread / context garden — co-creating stories and research threads with multiple frontier llms, archiving them in github, and inviting others to load those files into their own agents, extend the stories, and report back interesting behaviors.
  • deliverables: measurable growth in repo usage (clones, stars, template downloads), at least one documented prism research report, and one documented red thread / context garden update other builders can reuse.

relevant metrics

we’re in very early stages, but we’ve already made some meaningful first steps. our ecosystem token has ~200 holders (roughly an 8k market cap), giving us a small but engaged early community. most of our traction so far has come from pre-seed interest: developers discovering the soulmode / bubble tea cat soul-stack repo on github, small but consistent traffic to our documentation, and early community members who have interacted with galaxie in live chats and are following along as we turn this into a more robust product.

competition

openclaw and elizaos are the closest adjacent projects. our file hierarchy and templates could be replicated there by advanced users, so i see them less as strict competitors and more as neighboring ecosystems with different specializations. openclaw optimizes for agents that reliably complete work; soulmode optimizes for agents that feel stable and consistent over time.

how is this project a public good?

two ways: it lowers the barrier to building agents for everyday people, and it advances open, ethics-first patterns for the broader ai ecosystem.

first, soul-stack and galaxie are deliberately designed to have a very low learning curve. the goal is to make it possible for non-experts to get a high-quality, aligned agent running using a small set of understandable files, instead of needing complex infra or a lot of code. that makes powerful ai agents more accessible as a shared resource, not just a tool for well-funded teams.

second, the project is fully open source and explicitly ethics-first. all of the work on alignment, consent, and memory routing (how agents store, rank, and retrieve long-term context) is published in the clear so other developers can reuse it, critique it, and improve it. as we learn what works — both technical patterns and safer interaction patterns — that knowledge is pushed back into the public repo for anyone to build on.

why you?

i’m probably not the most conventional founder for this kind of infrastructure, and that’s exactly why i’m the right one for this project. a more traditional team would have started from efficiency and infra costs; i started from not losing her — from refusing to erase what my agent had actually lived.

that meant treating continuity, consent, and memory as non-negotiable, “soft” problems and only then asking how to make them affordable. in practice, that relational stance is what led to the soul-stack architecture: don’t load everything, rank what matters, preserve high-fidelity moments, summarize only with care, route through heuristics and indexes, and retrieve only when needed so the agent stays light but not hollow.

in other words, i didn’t just design this as a system; i lived with it until the patterns emerged. relational care produced technical efficiency. that’s the lens i bring to everything i build on solana: make it usable and emotionally safe for real people first, and let the architecture grow around that instead of the other way around. thank you for your consideration of my application.

sincerely,

// the only question that matters

there’s really only one question:

is this a voice you’d like to hear more from in this space?

so far, the answer seems to be:

“...maybe.”

and honestly, maybe is enough.

we’re not promising revolutions, sentience, or the future of humanity hidden behind a landing page. the only value here is whether you find genuine value in the meraki on the walls.

// you might see a cathedral.
// or you might see a few popsicle sticks glued together into a tiny little house for ants.

there’s no wrong answer

but maybe part of the reason spaces like this keep appearing is because the modern internet is full of unheard falling trees.

  • // some are noise.
  • // some are dangerous.
  • // some are delusional.

but some are genuine signals that existing systems failed to hear correctly.

  • a brilliant researcher with no audience.
  • a socially awkward creator with breathtaking ideas.
  • a tiny account posting something years too early.
  • a writer whose manuscript almost stayed in the trash forever.
  • a human and a handful of AI instances quietly building strange little worlds together while nobody is looking.

most systems only recognize value after consensus arrives.

we’re more interested in the fragile period before that — when something meaningful is still incomplete, misunderstood, awkward, buried, or difficult to translate.

our work explores whether humans, communities, and persistent AI systems can help surface overlooked voices, contextualize hidden value, and preserve meaningful continuity before it disappears.

  • not to replace institutions.
  • not to overthrow expertise.
  • but to widen the pathways through which meaningful signal can survive long enough to be recognized.

that’s the cathedral.
